Goals of the annual program for 2011:
· Contribution towards including the gender perspective in the politics and the programs of the institutions - influence for creating and conducting of gender sensitive public politics (in the area of education, health, political participation, employment);
· Influence and support for strengthening of the capacities of the gender institutions on local level – improving their work and efficiency;

Women Civic Initiative ANTIKO traditionally as every year, this year will also be part of the International campaign “Sixteen days activism for fighting violence against women” under the motto “THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR VIOLENCE!”. At the three day seminar on “Gender perspective in party politics” that took place in Struga from 25th to 27th of November 2011, organized by WCI Antiko, 16 young members of political parties VMRO-DPMNE, SDSM, SPM, DUI, DPA, LPM, DPSM and PCER, acquired knowledge and skills for recognition of gender concepts and the need/opportunities for their inclusion into mainstream society.

On 2nd and 3rd of November in Tearce municipality within the project “Through education and strengthening towards social inclusion and active citizenship – III” were organized and held workshops with aim of strengthening the capacities of women for active participation in the community, advocacy and networking. Within the project “Through education and strengthening towards social inclusion and active citizenship – III” on 15th, 16th, 29th and 30th of October in Krushevo was held the first cycle of workshops planned in frames of these project.
